I am going to put flyers up at: Foster's Market and Ladies Fitness and Wellness. Also, will try to put them up at Chapel Ridge, Pi Beta Phi, and the Family Violence Prevention Center if I can get permission :)
UPDATE: This is Katie Blackmar and Daniel Hall. We were supposed to distribute flyers today at 4pm on Franklin Street. Unfortunately, we went to Hamilton and could not find the handouts on any of the floors. Has anyone had a chance to go to their locations? We just wanted to make sure the flyer were not taken or thrown away.
Today I went to Carrboro to put up fliers. I was able to make it to Open Eye Cafe, Carrboro Century Center and AC Fitness. I also went to The Spotted Dog and Carrboro Town Hall but was not able to post any fliers there because they were both closed/empty. I also planned to post fliers on the street posts but couldn't since it began raining. I will try to go back another day.
I left some at SunTrust Bank (North Chapel Hill mall), the Seymour Center, and the retirement community on Weaver Dairy. Will drop some off at the community housing project on Hannah St., Carrboro, and to the members of the Steering Committee.
I posted some after class last Tuesday on the Franklin street boards (I didn't see any already posted) and on the community board at Caribou Coffee of the MLK intersection
